Policies
A one night's room deposit charged at the
time of booking secures a reservation. Room rates and
amenities are guaranteed, but not necessarily specific
room assignments. We require a two or three night minimum
stay on weekends, holidays and during special events.
Cancellations made prior to seven (7) days of arrival
will have the deposit refunded less a $25.00 processing
fee. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival
will forfeit the deposit. Early departures are responsible
for the full reservation.
Check-in is between 3:00 and 11:00 pm. (Please let us
know if you will need to arrive later and we will make
arrangements for you.) Check-out is 11:00 am.
Include a full, gourmet breakfast each morning;
afternoon reception and evening turn-down
service.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. (Taxes
not included.) Extra person charge is $30.00
per night, plus tax. Room rates posted are subject
to availability and can change without prior notice.
